MAMA CREATIVES
Mama creatives/ mamau creadigol is a supportive group for mothers run by mother artist Joanna Bond
The aim of the group is to share their experience of being a mother/parent/caregiver through creativity and sharing
The group is for anyone who identifies as being a mother and has an interest in being creative or would like to bring more creativity into their life.

Our group is part of an award-winning global community movement called Maternal Journal that uses creative journaling to boost wellbeing in pregnancy, birth and parenthood.
Sessions are starting again in April
children and babies are very welcome
We also offer one-day retreats and workshops just for mums, mother and child collaboration workshops at our woodland location at Heartwood just outside Carmarthen.
